Whether you’re looking to better yourself from a previous race or test your limits for the first time, HYROX Cape Town has got something for everyone. Join us as a solo competitor in the HYROX Open/Pro division, team up with a partner in HYROX Doubles, or take on the challenge as a squad in the HYROX Relay division, there’s a race for everyone.
